Our attorney Barbara Weinschenk has been practicing elder law for more than seven years. She also brings years of nursing experience to the firm, making us uniquely qualified to assist you with health-related matters. We provide legal support with powers of attorney for health care, long-term care issues, special needs planning and assistance with public benefits. Additionally, we can assist with wills, living wills, conservatorship, guardianship, elder abuse, trusts, estate planning and power of attorney for finances.
