The firm was founded by Nathan Crystal and Francesca Giannoni-Crystal, Esq. They have been practicing law, respectively, for almost forty years and for more than 10. Nathan Crystal has been a chaired professor of Contract Law and Professional Responsibilty at the University of South Carolina School of Law and at the Charleston Law School. He has advised individuals and entities, including major law firms, on matters of contract law and professional ethics and has lectured throughout the world on these subjects. He is widely published in Contracts and Ethics. Ms Giannoni-Crystal is an Italian “avvocato” and an attorney admitted in New York. She has focused her practice on contracts (domestic and international) for companies, corporate law, banking law, and Internet/technology law. She has been on retainer for major companies and international groups. Ms. Giannoni-Crystal is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, and can provide advice with regard to transactions in German, French, and Portuguese. The founders have strong links with international practices around the world, to serve firms’ clients’ cross border needs.
