Bradley is an experienced criminal attorney known for defending high profile cases. His specialties include murder, armed robberies, gun and weapons charges, sex offenses, and drug distribution. In 2014, he tried the first “gang racketeering” trial brought by District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro against the “110ers.” Since then, he has been sought out for his expertise in RICO indictments across Louisiana. When Bradley takes on a client, he believes in a thorough case review and investigation. This has led to several of his criminal cases, including murder charges, to be thrown out by the district attorney. Bradley also practices in municipal court. His specialties include domestic abuse battery, lewd conduct, and minor in possession of alcohol. He is well known for his successful record fighting DWI and traffic tickets. In 10 years, he has never pled a client guilty to a traffic ticket.
Bradley is also an experienced personal injury litigator, having both the knowledge and skill to win high dollar settlements. In 2020, Phillip's Law settled a rear end car accident for $650,000. His area of expertise includes car and truck accidents. He is also known for his work with pedestrian and bicycle accidents. In addition, he is well versed in handling "non typical" insurance companies such as those representing Uber and Lyft. Bradley believes that each case deserves personal attention and a specific plan for the highest payout. During a case, Bradley works with the medical providers to make sure the client is receiving the best medical treatment possible. Bradley knows all the "tricks" the insurance companies use to get clients to settle for less. Based on his knowledge and experience, his clients can be confident they are receiving the highest settlement possible

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
