Serving Northern New England for many years, John Bruce and J. Peter Kelley were formerly senior partners at other firms before joining forces. Together, they have over 20 years of combined experience in health care and medical malpractice litigation.
Attorney Bruce is a veteran of medical malpractice defense, with 20 years of trial experience. He shares his expertise with health care professionals, administrators and institutions. He regularly counsels industry professionals on health care law, provides risk management advice and represents health care providers before the state health licensing boards.
An experienced trial attorney with more than 20 years of successful results in state and federal courts, Attorney Kelley's practice focuses on medical malpractice and general liability defense, and extends into complex personal injury, toxic tort, premises and general liability, construction, contract and civil rights law.
They lecture frequently for continuing medical education and risk management programs.
