Hired Law firm 2019Worst arbitrator. Not engaged, not qualified for subject matter, biased, misogynistic. He didn't want to ge there, and it showed. He went over the top to show he wasn't biased, which led me to believe he was. Then, when his final decision mimicked the manufacturer's verbiage, we were convinced. Decision had multiple errors, proved he was unqualified for content, and had a blatant misogynistic statement. Ladies beware of this guy. (He was hired by NCDS, so if Risner is representative of their typical arbitrator, you may want to skip using their services.)
