The office handles the following issues: legal separation, dissolution of marriage, paternity, allocation of parental responsibilities (“custody”), same-sex families, nontraditional families, psychological parent rights, complex asset valuation matters, high net worth divorce, grandparents’ rights, alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration, litigation consultation and trial preparation, property division, maintenance, child support, post-decree modification of maintenance and child support, modification of parental responsibilities (“custody”), and contempt of court actions.

We use a model of prefiling settlement, unique tools such as Informed Divorce® and a mediation/negotiation settlement model. To provide additional convenience to our clients, we also accept credit card payments in office for our service.
