That background allows him to anticipate prosecutorial strategies and build strong, effective defenses. He has handled virtually every type of criminal case, including drug offenses, financial crimes, sex crimes, and both state and federal charges.
We intentionally limit our caseload so that we can dedicate the time and attention each case deserves. This approach ensures thorough preparation, strategic planning and consistent communication. We keep clients and their families informed throughout the process, recognizing that clarity and responsiveness are critical during uncertain times.
We are prepared to resolve matters through negotiation when appropriate, but we do not hesitate to take a case to trial when necessary to protect a client’s interests.
