San Francisco Employment & All Other Related Plaintiff Matters Law Firm
Overview
Our firm is dedicated to representing employees and other individuals (including executives, partners, professionals and talent), not employers, in all industries, across all professions, and at all employment levels.
At the employment law firm of Outten & Golden in New York City, San Francisco, and Washington DC, our mission can be described in four words: advocates for workplace fairness. Protecting and promoting employee rights is the only thing we do.
With decades of experience in a highly competitive arena, O&G's lawyers are respected nationally as "high-stakes litigators." Our attorneys have obtained some of the highest awards ever for employees in litigation and arbitration cases. Our partners have received numerous honors, including citations in Super Lawyers, "Best Lawyers in New York," and "Best Lawyers in America."
O&G advises and represents individuals on a host of employment, partnership and related matters. Many of our clients have claims relating to discrimination and harassment based on sex, sexual orientation, gender, race, disability, national origin, religion, or age. We also represent persons who have experienced retaliation, who are victimized for whistleblowing or who are in contract disputes or negotiations.
Our practice areas include executive and professional matters, employment issues in securities and financial services, sex discrimination and harassment, discrimination based on family responsibilities and disabilities, LGBT rights in the workplace, and retaliation and whistleblower issues. We also litigate class and collective actions and appeals.
O&G represents clients in administrative proceedings (such as EEOC and the Department of Labor), arbitrations (e.g., FINRA and the American Arbitration Association), and cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts. O&G has extensive experience mediating employment disputes.
Outten & Golden LLP is a national leader in employment law. If you feel you have been treated unfairly at work, we invite you to contact us to discuss your case.
