Knowledgeable and hard working bulldogs helping you get the justice you deserve. We were able to serve notice on our targets and recover all the assets. Very happy with the services and would return again in the future!

I have used their services twice. Once to find a server for my case in Mexico and the other time to file documents in the district court. The prices are amazing for what you get and the staff is great too. They helped me find a terrific paralegal and were very nice :). Thank you

Many of my own clients rely on Northshore Process for their legal support needs --from to risk management and asset searches to process service and due diligence. Besides being fantastic Private Detectives, they are also truly amazing people!

Unprofessional, unethical and scammed me out of $285. I would not trust them. They have used business addresses that do not exist or are old offices.

would give them O if I could. They are professional scammer. They will sell you a dream. You can provide the most accurate information (I did my own background to populate an address that had their businesses, DL, phone records, utilities, bank header correlation) I provided so much information. They said they were pros at handling people who run from being serviced. They told me how their skip tracing is amazing. They kept me informed BEFORE I ACTUALLY SENT MY CHECK AND DOCUMENTS. They sell you a DREAM! I saved to send them my almost $300 to provide a service. My family helped me.Then they tried to tell me wrong information that I already knew. They tried to serve the father and not the actually person at a whole complete address that I never gave them and told them it was the wrong address! I would call and they would tell me they are still working it. But if I wanted more reassurance, I was to pay an additional $400! My court date came and went and I never heard a peep from anyone via email, text, phone, mail. I was left with nothing with the judge. I had to get other people to serve my person and they were able to find and serve them within HOURS of the accurate information I provided. They called me today after I called with excuses. He practically called me a liar because I was never given an email but a PO Box to send a check and documents to. He said my server got Covid, they were short staffed, the phone was ringing off the hook, the pandemic so I should be understanding. They will not issue me a refund. They will maybe give me a credit for future use. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and I hope people read this before hiring them. They scammed me out of my hard earned money. I will also be completing a formal complaint with the BBB.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
