EVERYBODY there goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to showing compassion for their clients. In fact, I never felt like a client. It felt like I was talking to friends.
Mr. Hupy was INCREDIBLY nice to me. He even walked me down to my car and offered to help put my service animal's stroller in my trunk for me. My case had already been settled, he was being nice simply to be nice!

We were injured in a rear end accident where we were hit by someone going over 70mph. My husband was hurt the worst of all of us. When the other insurance company stalled and wouldn't pay the medical bills, I called Hupy and Abraham. Best call I ever made.
We learned a lot about how the process goes. We only wanted the medical covered and our insurance reimbursed. After all was said and done my husband received a check for pain and suffering as well as everything paid. They are thorough and they take all the stress away from you. I pray we never have another reason to call but if we do, we will use Hupy and Abraham again.

I was very pleased with how my case was handled it took close to six years to finish it but they handled my case very well, were straight up honest from the start and fought very hard to get me a settlement, I would use them again if the need were ever there. If you're ever in the unfortunate situation of being injured in an accident, I highly recommend Hupy and Abraham. Another lawyer told me that my case was too small for them to take. But I couldn't afford not to be made whole. Everyone from the investigator, my legal assistant, to Attorney Korb. to Mr. Hupy himself, even the receptionist (and a couple people in between) made sure I was well taken care of. We walked away with a fair settlement. How's that for a case that was too small for another popular lawyer with TV commercials?
