Ms. Wieland joined Sagaser Watkins & Wieland PC in November 2013. Her practice includes representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on all aspects of labor relations and employment law matters, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour. Prior to joining Sagaser Watkins & Wieland, Ms. Wieland gained significant experience representing environmental advocates in complex environmental law, including CEQA, NEPA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and other various land use matters.

For several years prior to and during law school, Ms.Wieland served as a legislative analyst for the California State Assembly, directing a variety of bills through the legislative process. Ms. Wieland also advised assembly members on issues related to K-12 Education, Higher Education and Healthcare.
