I was in a car accident a few years ago and the insurance company tried blaming me even though it wasn't my fault. They denied liability entirely. Brian fought hard for me and made sure that they covered my damages. He ended up getting me the entire policy limits from the other guy, and he even found a loophole in my insurance that made them pay me in a no-fault car accident, so I essentially got paid twice! I highly recommend him if you are needing a personal injury attorney in Las Vegas.

Brian Boyer is honestly one of the most down to earth attorneys i've ever met. He is so easy to talk to and you feel comfortable calling him day or night. He was able to get me the max payout from the insurance company and helped guide me through the complicated paperwork and processes. I really recommend his law firm for any personal injury accident. I had a car accident but I know he will help with a slip fall or dog bite as well. Five stars in my book.

I had a great experience with this law firm. Brian Boyer is a knowledgeable and dedicated personal injury lawyer and he really took the time to explain the whole process to me. I never once felt in the dark about my case status and settlement options. He even gave me his personal cell # so I could text or call him at any time with my concerns. I've spoken with a lot of accident lawyers in Las Vegas and he is by far the best IMHO. Ireceived my settlement within 6 months and am truly grateful for brian and his staff. I couldn't have done it without them! I highly recommend this law firm.

When viewing a listing, consider the state advertising restrictions to which lawyers and law firms must adhere, as well as our FindLaw.com Legal Directory disclaimer. Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
