Overview
Bethany N. White is a partner at Arnett Law Group, overseeing and managing the firm's workers' compensation practice group. She received her B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2003 and her J.D. from Northern Illinois University in 2006, being licensed to practice later that year. Ms. White devotes her practice to defense of businesses and individuals in workers' compensation and civil cases in Illinois. In addition, she defends toxic tort cases in multiple states and has served in a general counsel capacity.
Ms. White's personal philosophy is to handle cases with an aggressive and hands on approach. She has successfully tried several cases before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and has also been successful in appeals to the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, Circuit, and Appellate Courts. Ms. White also has extensive experience in all facets of civil litigation, including initial investigation, case management, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial procedure. She prides herself on working closely with carriers, administrators, and insured entities to tailor a litigation plan specific to the client's needs and desires, whether it be an expeditious settlement or fighting through trial.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
