Beware! Unprofessional, deceiving and not honest. My neighbor and I went to this law firm for our personal injury claim after we were involved in car accident in front of our homes. Attorney who took our case agreed to do a 50/50 split on the settlement and she stated 50% would be for the client (myself and neighbor) and from their 50% they would cover chiropractor and doctor fees. Attorney also stated that she could get each one of us at least $7000 and that it would take 6 months to settle. It's been 1 year and a half and we had to basically call every week to find out what's going. Insurance company for the driver at fault paid out over $24,000.00 as a settlement. Mind you, we signed the release forms back in May 2019 and had to basically drive to the office to collect the money because they kept giving us the run around. First the secretary said the checks weren't ready, next she said all the attorneys are on vacation. Also, we never received calls with updates or any info regarding our case, only call we got from secretary was to sign the release forms. Also, secretary is not polite, always with attitude and makes you feel like you are bothering her with your questions. After not getting any answers from anyone, we finally drive to the office in San Marino to pick up the checks and somehow, the checks were ready after all. We sit down with attorney and from the $24,000 we only received checks for $3,800 and $3,700 for my neighbor. This is not right and I want to warn everyone. My girl works for Fox and will be writing an Article, will also alert the daily breeze and other magazine outlets in the Santa Ana area. Attorney agreed to add an additional $700 for each of us bringing it close to $4500 each. Way less that the $6,200 we should have receive, per their own contract which states 50/50 split and attorney covers medical and chiropractor. We visit the chiropractor around 24 visits at about $100 per visit and somehow they claim they paid over $4000 for each one of us. This is not right and I will let everyone in Los Angeles area and well as Orange County.
