Catherine Rowe was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2013 and represents clients in a broad range of civil matters, including labor relations, public employee retirement and health benefits, zoning and land development and professional licensure. She has provided legal counsel and representation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Rowe graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College with a Bachelor's Degree in Labor and Employment Relations and a minor in French. She earned her law degree from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she was awarded the Faculty Award for Academic Success as a Law Student and the Faculty Award for Outstanding Leadership in the Law School Community. She served as the Law School student body President her third year of Law School and received a Pro Bono Service Honors Award at graduation.

During Law School and prior to joining the firm, Rowe completed a co-op with Honorable Sue L. Robinson in the United States District Court of Delaware, interned with Labor and Employment Unit of the City Solicitor's Office of the City of Philadelphia, and was a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Trial Advocacy and a Dean's Scholar for Civil Procedure.

Rowe is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Bar Association. She is a board member for Neighborhood Dispute Settlement, an elected representative on the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law Alumni Council, and is a member of the James S. Bowman American Inn of Court.
