The firm was originally formed by the late Congressman George M. O'Brien and the late Judge Thomas Faulkner in 1965. James R. Fabrizio joined the firm in 1977, and retired in January, 2010. Mark E. Hanson joined the firm in 1977. Mark S. Kawinski joined the firm in 2000. Mr. Hanson and Mr. Kawinski are the equity shareholders in the firm.
