  • Tax Planning including the use of certain types of trusts to aid families in accomplishing their charitable goals and desired tax consequences

  • Guardianship for special needs adults and older adults who are suffering from a debilitating illness

Perry was raised in Charlotte and attended Wake Forest after graduating from Charlotte Country Day. Perry graduated from Wake Forest University in 2008 with the distinction of Magna Cum Laude and then graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2011. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2011. Perry was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2021.
