Michael joined the firm in law school and has extensive experience handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, construction contracts, loan documents, title documents, restrictive covenants, and closing documents. Michael also advises clients on corporate matters, including entity formation, operating agreements, and corporate governance. Michael represents developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, franchisees and entrepreneurs in all sectors of the real estate industry, including retail, multifamily, office, industrial and raw land transactions.
