It shall be the Mission of Andresen & Associates, PC to bring honor upon itself and the legal profession by providing clients the finest, cost-effective legal services delivered with personal attention and professional diligence. Clients are never over-charged or over-billed. Clients deserve the peace of mind that comes from knowing that they are receiving quality legal service at a fair price. Efforts will always be taken to minimize fees and expenses whenever possible;
Customer service is paramount. As clients deserve personal and timely attention, communications are returned promptly. When our clients need us, we must be there for them;
Attorneys are counselors as well as advocates. As such, clients are always communicated with in clear language that they understand so that they know and understand what we do, why we do it, and how it affects them;
Our clients are the reason we exist, and within the bounds of professional ethics, we will tirelessly pursue their interests; and
Those engaged in the legal profession have an obligation to help those unable to help themselves and to make their community a better place. As such, it shall be a goal of the Firm to partake in pro bono representation and volunteer activities whenever possible.
