Jaclyn T. Kramer, Esq. is a Partner at Futterman, Lanza & Pasculli, LLP. Jaclyn joined the firm in 2013 shortly after graduating law school. Her practice focuses exclusively on Elder Law and Estate Planning. She represents clients in estate planning, Medicaid asset protection planning, community and nursing home Medicaid applications, special needs planning, probate, and estate administrations.
Jaclyn works primarily in the Smithtown office but will travel to the Bay Shore and Garden City offices when necessary. She also kindly offers home visits if her clients are unable to travel to the office or have trouble participating in virtual meetings.
Prior to attending law school, Jaclyn earned her Political Science degree magna cum laude from The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. During her time there, she also competed for the women's gymnastics team which proudly earned four Big Ten Championship titles. Jaclyn then pursued her legal education at The University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis. While in law school, she served as a student director for the Special Education Law Clinic and was selected as one of four students to represent the Civil Rights/Civil Liberties Moot Court competition team. She graduated law school magna cum laude in 2013.
In her free time, Jaclyn enjoys playing pickleball, golf, and spending time with her dog, Eddie.
