Chris focuses his practice on helping people who have been harmed by the negligence of others. His practice encompasses car crash victims, those that have been harmed as a result of bad care from their doctors, and everything in between.

After high school, Chris enlisted in the military as an infantryman. He attended Purdue University and completed the Army ROTC program. Upon graduation, He received a commission as a Military Intelligence officer. After a deployment to Afghanistan as an intelligence officer with the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force, he was promoted to the rank of Captain. After being admitted to the Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis, Chris resigned his commission with 12 years of military service. Despite working three jobs and having two children while in law school, he graduated a semester early and with honors, graduating in the top 20% of his class.

During his second year of law school, Chris began clerking for the law firm of Findling Park Conyers Woody & Sniderman, P.C. He spent the remainder of law school learning to work personal injury, criminal, and medical malpractice cases. It was this exposure that inspired him to continue working as an attorney to achieve justice for victims of negligence.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys fly-fishing, being in the outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Ashley, and his children, Ruby and Henry.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
