Haley is a passionate attorney that cares about her clients. She loves helping those that are in need. She is a strong advocate for personal injury victims that need help and are seeking recovery. Haley grew up watching her father practice law as a public defender in New Mexico; and she learned early on how important it was to help those who could not help themselves. Haley is committed to working with her clients to help them navigate the Civil Litigation process to get the recovery they deserve.
Haley graduated from Central Michigan University, magna cum laude with a B.S. in Sociology with a Criminal and social Concentration. Haley graduated with top honors, magna cum laude and 2nd in her class from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While at Cooley, Haley earned the Shane Joseph Johnson Award for outstanding first year performance. Haley was awarded certificates of merit for exceptional performance in Secured Transactions and Criminal Procedure. Haley was a board member of the Thomas M. Cooley Law review, Moot Court Board, and Mock Trial. Haley was also an active member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Women's Law Society, was a Graduation Marshal, and a teaching assistant for criminal procedure. During her last year Haley spend a year working with the Ann Arbor Public Defenders office practicing as a student attorney.
After graduating, Haley was admitted to the Colorado State Bar. Haley gained experience in personal injury law. She settled over 15 cases in her first year at Litman Law Firm, PC. Haley then joined Farncombe, Schultz, and Farncombe, LLC. There she continued her personal injury work as the sole personal injury attorney in the firm. Furthermore, she grew her litigation skills by handling a docket with a wide variety of cases including business, landlord/tenant, immigration, and criminal defense. Haley was made partner of Farncombe, Schultz, and Farncombe, LLC where she served until the 2018. After she worked with Riggs Abney for a short period and became a litigation attorney with Bachus and Schanker. She then returned to Riggs Abney as a litigation attorney where she practiced Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Business law, Landlord/Tenant Law, Contracts, and Estate Planning. Haley continued to have success in resolving cases favorably for her clients . In 2021, she joined Tomazin Law Group LLP as a personal injury attorney. She is excited to be part of the Tomazin Law Group team and excited to help advocate for her clients.
