In 2019, Mr. Rodriguez became a Florida Certified Family Law Mediator. In 2010, Mr. Rodriguez founded Jose A. Rodriguez Law, P.L. and provides services in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, wills and family law mediation.

Mr. Rodriguez has extensive experience representing clients in divorces, child custody issues, parenting issues, property division, alimony, modification matters, child relocation, domestic violence injunctions and paternity. Mr. Rodriguez understands the importance of being compassionate, but always prepares to provide aggressive representation.

Mr. Rodriguez is licensed to practice in State and Federal Court in Florida and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Rodriguez provides legal and mediation services all throughout central Florida, including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, lake and polk counties.
