Throughout his career, Matthew Ludwinski has practiced law in various areas, but has concentrated on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. Matthew has experience in nearly all phases of injury litigation, and he has successfully litigated and resolved many cases on behalf of clients. In addition to personal injury, Matthew has also practiced in the areas of mechanic’s lien litigation and federal income tax consultation.
Prior to his employment with the Law Offices of Peter F. Ferracuti, Matthew had practiced law with several firms and offices where Matthew concentrated primarily on personal injury litigation.
Matthew is originally from the Chicago area, but also lived for many years in Champaign-Urbana as well. Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and prior to law school, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a double major in History and Russian.
Matthew is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, and in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. He is also a member of both the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
