Within the realm of general commercial litigation, Paul has extensive experience litigation insurance coverage disputes, including extra-contractual claims, partnership and corporate separations and related claims, construction disputes, and matters of governmental and sovereign immunity. In addition to maintaining an active litigation practice, Paul is regularly retained by other attorneys to assist or lead in appellate cases, from briefing through oral arguments. Paul also provides litigation management in complex matters, including consultation and guidance regarding the storage, preservation, and production of electronically stored information.
