Taylor Roznovsky is an associate attorney with Rivas Goldstein, LLP. His practice areas include healthcare, regulatory and administrative law, and administrative appeals. Mr. Roznovsky represents home health agencies and health care practitioners before their respective licensing boards, as well as civil litigation in Texas state court. Mr. Roznovsky’s experience in multiple fields of litigation allows him to tailor his approach to suit his clients’ needs before any number of adjudicative bodies.
Prior to joining Rivas Goldstein, LLP, Mr. Roznovsky was an attorney at Creel Law Group, PLLC in a statewide practice concerning real estate law, litigating foreclosures in the evolving field of property tax loans. His time there saw the rights subrogated to property tax lenders from taxing entities increasingly litigated, and successful representation depended on a thorough understanding of the Texas Tax Code and related state and federal case law. His supervision and management of a statewide docket required attention to detail and adaptation to a wide variety of judicial attitudes.
Before the Creel Law Group, Mr. Roznovsky litigated family law matters as an associate attorney at Walters Gilbreath, PLLC, acquiring a thorough knowledge of the Texas Family Code and the dynamic and (often) forceful advocacy so often required in divorce and custody litigation. Mr. Roznovsky touched all case matters from sign-up to prove-up, working alongside firm partners at every stage.
Each stage of Mr. Roznovsky’s career has adapted his knowledge of evidentiary and procedural rules to advocacy in an ever-widening variety of forums, requiring him to tailor arguments to judges, investigators, boards, and all manner of support staff—whoever is set to listen and consider.
