John has lectured on various topics and/or has had articles published by the Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA), the Pennsylvania Coalition of Affiliated Healthcare & Living Communities (PACAH), the Maryland Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging, the Health Care Association of New Jersey, Leading Age of PA, the National Business Institute, the Leadership Healthcare National LTC Conference, and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Mr. Kennedy was also appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to its Advisory Council on Elder Justice in the Courts. Mr. Kennedy's areas of practice include Medicaid eligibility matters, guardianships, collections, change of ownership issues, other regulatory matters, and general civil litigation.
