Before earning her law license, Mallory interned with the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office. She is a member of numerous professional organizations including the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. She is a member of the Young Lawyers Division for the Illinois State Bar Association. Mallory is also on the judicial evaluation committee for the Illinois State Bar Association - Cook County and the Chicago Bar Association. She obtained her law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2012 and her bachelor's degree in history from Winona State University in 2010.
