Eric is the owner and operator of Landes Law, LLC, a small law firm located in Pottstown Pennsylvania. Prior to founding Landes Law, LLC, Eric was a Junior Partner at Rick|Linn LLC, a midsize general practice firm located in Pottstown PA. An area native, Eric is a graduate of Pottsgrove High School where he was recognized for his scholastic and athletic excellence. Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University and was invited to return to WVU for law school on scholarship. Notably during law school, Eric clerked for the Office of the General Counsel for Social Security Administration, served as a Student Attorney at the WVU General Civil Law Clinic, and received the pro-bono distinction award for volunteering more than 200 hours of legal services, primarily serving as a certified court mediator. Upon graduating early, Eric returned to his hometown to serve the community he grew up in. In addition to serving as legal counselor to his clients, Eric also sits on the Board of Directors of Art Fusion 19464, a non-profit art school and gallery located in Pottstown. Eric now specializes in civil and criminal litigation utilizing a client centered, results driven approach.
