Mr. Sauer has also represented hospitals, healthcare facilities, physicians, and healthcare practitioners in both administrative and civil litigation, including significant civil rights and employment cases, and served as lead counsel in several class and collective wage-hour lawsuits.
Currently, at Goodspeed Merrill, Mr. Sauer leverages his extensive experience in high-stakes litigation to focus on corporate and employment law advising and litigation.
Mr. Sauer earned his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado. He is licensed to practice in all Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
