Mr. Sauer is a seasoned attorney specializing in Employment and Corporate law, with a distinguished career in civil trial advocacy. Mr. Sauer began his legal journey in government. He has handled high-profile cases, providing litigation and advisory services to elected officials and leaders in law enforcement, health care, corrections, and technology. Mr. Sauer has also represented hospitals, healthcare facilities, physicians, and healthcare practitioners in both administrative and civil litigation, including significant civil rights and employment cases, and served as lead counsel in several class and collective wage-hour lawsuits.

Mr. Sauer earned his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado. He is licensed to practice in all Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
