Benjamin Cunningham joins Donaldson Stewart, PC after five years with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office where he prosecuted cases ranging from DUI, Drug Possession and White Collar to Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, and Homicide. Benjamin has completed more than 20 felony jury trials and countless bench trials. Prior to working at MCAO, Benjamin was a family law associate and clerk.
