KIMBERLY SABRAW began clerking for the firm in 2019 and joined as an associate in 2020. Ms. Sabraw graduated cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014, where she was Vice President of her professional pre-law society for two years and President of the largest student mentorship organization on campus her senior year. After earning her bachelor's degree, she served as a Teach for America AmeriCorps Member from 2015-2017, working as a Special Education High School Teacher in one of the most socio-economically disadvantaged schools in Massachusetts. She attended Boston University part-time, earning her Master's in Education in 2017. Ms. Sabraw then began law school at the University of San Diego, where she earned her J.D. with a concentration in Civil Litigation in 2020.
During law school, Ms. Sabraw served as a member on the National Mock Trial Team and as Student Representative on Honor Court and the Women's Law Caucus. She has received numerous awards from her professors, including the CALI Award for Excellence in Evidence, Remedies, and Multistate Bar Examination Preparation, Top Three Mock Appellate Oral Advocate, and Honors in Civil Litigation, Negotiations, and Advanced Legal Writing. Ms. Sabraw was the recipient of the Law Faculty Outstanding Scholar Award award all three years of law school.
Currently, she is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Her passion throughout life has been to advocate for deserving people in one form or another. That is why she is thrilled to have the opportunity to represent victims of personal injury and medical malpractice alongside the most successful attorneys in the field.
