Mr. Wang is an experienced litigator and appellate attorney, handling the most complex litigation and appellate matters of the firm. His practice focuses on both civil and criminal matters in a number of practice areas, including white collar criminal defense, class actions, real estate, business and corporate governance matters, intellectual property, labor and employment, and contractual disputes. Mr. Wang's depth of knowledge and skills in multiple practice areas inside the courtroom has individual clients, attorneys, and small to large corporations seeking his counsel. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants from matters involving complex transactions, as well as in arbitration, trial, and at the appellate level. He is known for exceptionally strong legal acumen, functional expertise and unique analytical skills.
Mr. Wang received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California in Human Biology, with a minor in Forensics & Criminality and Business Law. Upon graduating, Mr. Wang attended Loyola Law School Los Angeles where he was an alumni scholar and part of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in the top 10% of his class, receiving first honors in at least four curriculum courses.
Mr. Wang is admitted to practice before the state courts in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He litigates matters at both the trial and appellate levels and has handled a wide variety of high profile cases on a broad range of issues.
