During his prior experience, Mr. Fischer defended at-fault drivers in motor vehicle accidents, as well as various bars, restaurants, and other commercial establishments that were sued for negligence. This insurance defense experience allows Harrison an advantage in the representation of his clients today as he has a deep understanding of how the insurance companies value and evaluate personal injury cases. As a prosecutor, Mr. Fischer completed ten trials from opening statement to disposition with all ten cases resulting in a successful verdict.
