Bret is also experienced in handling 1031 exchange transactions and closings.
Prior to joining the firm, Bret worked with both the MLB and Tiger Woods Foundation focusing on corporate sponsorship and event management. He has also assisted with his family's real estate development and management companies.
Bret earned his law degree from Western State College of Law in 2020. He earned his Master of Arts degree in Kinesiology - Sports Management from California State University, Long Beach in 2015, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 2012, with a double-minor in Business and Real Estate. Bret played Division I Golf at Villanova University while completing his studies and still enjoys playing whenever he can.
