Overview
Jay V. Dell, Jr. is the founding partner of the Dell Law Firm and has been practicing law for over 25 years. Jay received his J.D., cum laude, Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University in 1994 and B.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1990. While at Mercer he was on the Mercer Law Review. Jay provides experience, knowledge, and reliability in his practice and service to clients. His practice covers many different areas of the law, but he concentrates on Real Estate, Corporate and other Business matters. Jay also enjoys giving back to the community and has proudly served as the President of the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit Bar Association, President of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce, and on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, where he was the Chairman of the Residential Closings sub-committee. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Greene/Putnam County, assistant scout master for the local boy scout troop, and has coached baseball, softball, and soccer for the local youth recreational sporting leagues. Jay has also served on numerous boards for local charities and continues to assist them with his time, talent, and donations.
When not working, Jay enjoys spending time with family and friends. Jay and his wife have 3 children and they enjoy outdoor activities, such as golf, boating, hiking, soccer, baseball, and softball. Jay also enjoys woodworking and other projects around the house. Jay's wife, Angela also works at the firm as the marketing director and bookkeeper.
