Overview
Daniel H. Kellum III was born and raised in San Antonio where he attended Central Catholic High School. Daniel played basketball at Southwestern University and graduated in 2018 with a B.A. in Accounting and Minor in Spanish. He continued his education at St. Mary's University and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2021.
During his time in law school, Daniel took several courses focused on trial advocacy which provided him training in the skills needed to represent clients throughout the litigation process. In law school, Daniel clerked with State Senator Roland Gutierrez gaining valuable experience in personal injury and family law matters. In the summer of 2021, he began clerking with Raul B. Rodriguez Law, P.C. and accepted a full time position as an associate attorney with the firm. He considers it his home away from home and is passionate about advocating for individuals who have been hurt due to the negligence of others.
Outside of the firm, Daniel is a member of the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association. Daniel is married to his wife, Allie, and he enjoys spending his free time with family, playing golf, and watching sports.
