Overview
Sarah M. Lee is a senior attorney at Rossi Law Group. She handles the defense of workers' compensation cases throughout Southern California. She has handled cases in several WCAB offices, including Los Angeles, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Marina Del Rey, Fresno, Pomona, San Diego and Van Nuys.
Sarah started her career in workers' compensation defense in 2013 and has extensive experience handling all aspects of workers compensation. She also has experience representing health care providers in civil matters including wrongful death, elder abuse, dependent adult abuse, medical malpractice, negligence, and breach of contract.
Sarah graduated from Western State College of Law in 2012. While in law school, Sarah was a member of Law Review and was selected for student publication in 2011. Sarah also received a Witkin Award for academic achievement in Criminal Justice Ethics, Evidence, Business Associations and Sales (UCC Article II). In addition, Sarah participated in an externship with the Orange County Public Defenders' Office as a certified Law Clerk representing defendant's seeking post-conviction relief.
Sarah is admitted to practice before all California State Courts. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, being outdoors, attending community events and spending time with family and friends.
