The founder of the Parham Law Firm, LLC, Rose Mary Parham divides her practice between criminal defense matters and personal injury litigation. Her office is located in Florence, and she represents clients throughout South Carolina, the state where she was born and raised. Ms. Parham has been admitted to practice in South Carolina since 1999, and she is also admitted to practice in Texas as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

Ms. Parham's criminal defense clients are people who have been charged by the state or federal government with having committed felony or misdemeanor offenses.
