Merle Johnson joined the firm in 1955. Estate planning constitutes much of his practice. Additionally, he has expertise in corporate and business law and adoptions.
Merle is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and serves on the UPC & Guardianship Review Committee of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
