Mr. Hixson’s real estate practice involves foreclosures and litigating wrongful foreclosures, as well as handling real estate transactions and title disputes. He represents homeowners associations and provides representation in construction litigation for various development-related disputes. His landlord and tenant practice includes advising on ADA claims and defending premises liability claims. Additionally, he has extensive appellate practice experience with numerous reported decisions in Tennessee and Georgia courts.
