Young Law Office, P.C. handles many probate estate matters each year. If you are a Personal Representative of the estate, an heir, or a family member who believes that the estate is not being handled properly, contact our office. We have handled will contests and intestate disputes. If you need important personal legal documents, such as a Last Will and Testament, General Power of Attorney, Power of Attorney for Healthcare and master HIPAA releases, please call us for information. If you have a family member who needs a conservatorship because of losing the ability to control legal or financial matters alone, we can assist you in seeking the court's appointment as a conservator.
