Overview
After graduating Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphis in 2010, Mr. Ballenger moved to Memphis to pursue a career as a Criminal Defense Attorney. During his nine years as a solo practitioner, Mr. Ballenger tried and won several cases and won the 2017 Massey-McGee Trial Advocacy Award. In 2019, Mr. Ballenger joined the Law Office of Massey McClusky and after two and a half years of hard work, made partner in 2022. He is dedicated to defending the accused, and welcomes the fight everyday with an olive branch in one hand and a sword in the other.
