On January 27, 2023, I was involved in a car accident with a semi-trailer truck on IH-35 Northbound between Austin and Pflugerville. I sustained multiple injuries, including neck, lower back, knee, and head injuries. After consulting many law firms in the Austin area, I hired FVF Law to represent me throughout the process. Hope Guardia was assigned to my case, and from day one, she was excellent. I explained my side of the story to her, and she told me that she believed I had a case. She immediately started gathering all the evidence about the accident and started handling the negotiations and claim process with the insurance company. I was informed every step of the way. Hope would email or call me every time she communicated with the opposing council, and she would also follow up with me after every doctor’s appointment to check on me. She was caring and valued my case. Hope Guardia and Mark Farris were knowledgeable and had much experience in accident law and settlement procedures. The case took over 21 months before the settlement was reached because the insurance company was dragging the case. The opposing council kept rejecting every demand that was made by my lawyer until Mark Farris came on board to assist Hope with the case. Mark pushed the insurance company to settle the case or go to court. The first time I spoke to Mark, he assured me that he was going to be very aggressive with the opposing council, and he kept his word. Because of my injuries and all my medical bills, he insisted that the insurance company pay the full policy. Moreover, we ended up going to mediation, and the final settlement amount was very close to our demand. I think the settlement was fair given the circumstances. All my medical bills have been paid, and I have put some money aside for future medical bills as well. I hope what happened to me that day will never happen again to me or any of my family members. However, if I ever need an injury lawyer, I will definitely hire FVF Law Firm, especially Hope Guardia and Mark Farris. These two lawyers made me feel like a family member. My husband and I were in an accident and both of us were injured. FVF LAW had been recommended to us by our daughter so we gave them a call. Per the police report we were not at fault. After speaking with both parties insurances, we realized we needed a representation. The process was easy. We simply called and requested the lawyer that had been recommended to us. His paralegal informed us of the process and arranged for a time for us to discuss our point of view.. she said they would assess the situation to see if they felt we had a case. We were perfectly happy with this process because we did not have to pay any money upfront and we were offered a contract once they had assessed our situation and were prepared to pay the percentage, the law firm requested should we win our case?. What can I say but RYAN was absolutely a BADAZZ to work with. Im a big personality and dramatic but he handled it with lots of laughter and TLC. When I needed a attorney after getting hit by a car on my motorcycle, (please watch out for motorcycles!!), I called around to a few different attorney’s. I was involved in a wreck where I was tboned by a newly licensed drive not knowing who had the right of way. I could tell he, and everyone I encountered, truly wanted the best for me... even if not the norm. I am an 8th grade Science teacher, so my schedule is pretty strict when it comes to getting time off or free time. And being in this pandemic made the life of all teachers flip upside-down over night. Al worked with me and my schedule, going out of his way to contact me at very specific times, or sending extremely helpful texts and reminders to check in to eliminate my personal needs being overshadowed and forgotten by my professional responsibilities.  He also shared this with the staff and they all made sure to go above and beyond with what I needed schedule wise.
