W. TIMOTHY BOWERSOX born January 18, 1967, in Houston, Texas. Mr. Bowersox received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sam Houston State University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in May of 1993. After law school, Mr. Bowersox spent approximately eighteen (18) months with Abbott & Meeks where he primarily represented employers in Jones Act and General Maritime Law personal injury matters. Mr. Bowersox was an attorney with Stumpf, Falgout, Craddock & Massey, Houston, Texas, specializing in civil litigation, including tort, contract, and employment litigation, representing clients in both federal and state trial courts from January 1997 to March 1, 1999. Mr. Bowersox was with the firm of Bowsersox, Herron & Williamson, Houston, Texas, where he gained significant trial and appellate experience and handled primarily first party cases. Mr. Bowersox is licensed to practice before all state courts in Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
