Overview

Bryan Walkley brings more than three decades of civil litigation experience to Holden Litigation. Over a career spanning 32 years, Bryan has represented individuals, families, and businesses across a broad spectrum of civil matters, earning a reputation for thorough preparation, sound strategy, and effective advocacy at every stage of a case — from initial pleadings through discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.

Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1994. While in law school, he distinguished himself as a trial advocate, receiving the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for Trial Techniques, serving on the top team in Practice Court, and competing as a member of the Saul Lefkowitz National Moot Court team.

Since earning his law degree in 1994, Bryan has handled every phase of litigation from inception through trial and appeal. His practice encompasses a wide range of civil disputes, including insurance bad faith, personal injury, commercial and residential lease disputes, real estate sales and construction contracts, residential disclosure claims, property disputes, landlord/tenant matters, Uniform Commercial Code disputes, and business litigation.

Bryan is recognized as an AV-Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.

Bryan lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Allison, and their daughter. Outside the office, he enjoys the outdoors, most anything sport-related, cooking, painting, and cheering on OU football.
