Mr. Sandberg has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex commercial, real estate and workout litigation and appellate matters, as well as the collection of judgments via garnishment and turnover order. Following his graduation from law school summa cum laude, Mr. Sandberg was a Briefing Attorney at the Fifth District Court of Appeals at Dallas, Texas for the Honorable Tom James and Carolyn Wright, Justices. Before attending law school, Mr. Sandberg was employed as a CPA by a national CPA firm and a Fortune 50 beverage/snack food manufacturer. After obtaining an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas, Mr. Sandberg was employed as a Senior Vice President with a multi-regional banking corporation involving its real estate and mineral interests portfolio.
