But the worst part is their billing manager and office staff, they have completely ignored my phone calls and don't even communicate the status of my ongoing case. The person handling my case was confused half the time forgot information misrepresented me and cost me money and time they advised to open another case regarding an ongoing divorce, and they have completely ignored my phone calls keeps making appointments and to call or even communicate the status of my ongoing case. They convinced me to apply for some legal assistance that would help pay for attorney fees with no finance charge which was a lie not only do they charge a finance charge but is very high the company will not close account until the law office refunds the charge and at this point, I will not pay a dime for NO REPRESENTATION! THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE IN BUSINESS AND STEAL MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE.
