Lee Wilkins is the partner-in-charge of the Dallas office and practices corporate, real estate, and banking law.

Transactions in which he has been involved include: mergers, acquisitions, venture capital financing, corporate governance, real estate acquisitions, sales, foreclosures, commercial and real estate finance, taxable and tax-exempt bond transactions, and securitizations.

Lee has been active in Meritas, an international affiliation of law firms with nearly 7,000 lawyers in 176 firms, most of which are outside of the United States. He served on the Meritas Board of Directors from 2009 through 2012. He has also served and continues to serve on Meritas Quality Assurance Committee, as well as on its Governance Task Force.

Lee enjoys golf, tennis, sports car racing, and underwater photography.
