Overview
Sallye Wilton is the Firm’s founding partner. What began as a boutique criminal defense firm has since evolved into a full-service law practice. Sallye represents clients throughout the State of Texas on a variety of matters, ranging from representing defendants through all stages of criminal proceedings to assisting clients in negotiating contracts.
Sallye is a dynamic advocate who represents clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies at both the state and federal level. She has dedicated her career to protecting the rights of individuals who are facing difficult legal circumstances. Sallye has obtained successful results for her clients through grand jury presentations, suppression hearings, plea agreements, and verdicts in hundreds of cases. Sallye has also assisted clients in a number of civil matters, ranging from lease agreements to oil and gas agreements.
Sallye is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She primarily handles cases in Dallas and Collin Counties. But Sallye’s practice is not limited to the Dallas Fort Worth area; she has been retained to handle cases throughout the State of Texas.
